Bordine tire marks near a Livingston County bridge where the nude body of Thomas Brown was dumped on the night of Nov. 10. The officers first viewed the gravel road which is five miles from Hartland and close to US-23 early last Wednesday morning when Ralph C. Nuss, Brown's accused killer, led them to the body. The corpse was thrown over the concrete wall at the right and into a shallow stream. A rural cemetery is barely visible on a rise at the upper right.

Britton, are busy these days counting up toys and checks in the aftermath of the first annual "Pig Bowl" football game. Sgt. Britton is holding a four-foot-high Christmas stocking containing toys which was donated by a local woman to "Pig Bowl" receipts. Bordine is standing beside a "pig poster" being distributed by an Ann Arbor businessman which contains the signatures of all deputies and city policemen who played in the game last Sunday afternoon.
