To Dedicate Ypsilanti Church The new Forest Ave. Baptist Church will be dedicated at 3 p.m. tomorrow. The structure, designed by the late Oscar H. Cartwright, Ann Arbor architect, replaces the frame building formerly used as a church. The frame building is being retained for Sunday School use. The church was organized in 1943.

An apartment project (above) across the street nears completion for this autumn's onslaught of students. The building, called Park Forest Apartments, is similar to many other smaller projects being erected through-out Ann Arbor.

To be called the Forest Post Apartments (above), the building will house 25 four-person units which will rent at about $250 each. The scheduled date for completion of all the units will be sometime in December. This project replaces four old homes.
