MAYOR WELCOMES WORLD'S FAIR COURIER: When E. E. Knox, special "good will" envoy from the New York world's fair of 1939, arrived in Ann Arbor yesterday, he was greeted at the city hall by Mayor Walter C. Sadler, Police Chief Lewis W.
