FOOD FOR 45 - How many turkeys does it take to feed 45 Thanksgiving dinner guests? At least three, according to Marge Wolf. Mrs. Wolf and her husband, who live in Superior Township, are hosting a large holiday gathering for their family and relatives today. They began preparing the three birds on Wednesday for the feast. Learning By Eating Community High School students crowded around a pre-Thanksgiving feast Wednesday featuring everything from egg rolls and fried rice to black-eyed peas, enchiladas and adobe bread. Students and teachers prepared foods to represent the four primary American ethnic groups of color: black, Asian, Spanish surname and Native Americans. As part of the multi-ethnic assembly students prepared informative exhibits and presented a program featuring cultural contributions of the four ethnic groups.
