READY FOR ALL-CITY PARTY: All decked out in gay Halloween costumes, these lads and lass from Mack school are determined to win prizes in the all-city Halloween party to be held at 7:30 tomorrow night in West Park. Between 500 and 1,000 children are expected to attend the annual event sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Ann Arbor department of recreation. The children, left to right, in case they can't easily be identified because of their masks, are Joanne Gessner, Nancy Magnussen, John Gruschow and Donald Douglas.
