Essay Winners Honored: Prizewinners in a Kiwanis Club-Sponsored essay contest on "What Religion Means to Me" were honored at yesterday's meeting of the club. Presenting prize awards was Rev. Theodore R. Schmale (extreme left), a member of the judging committee. Recipients included (left to right, starting from Rev. Mr. Schmale) Berky Elizabeth Blashfield, Linda Pfiffner, Hermine Weinert, Jacqueline Balas, Mary Carolyn Boice, Susan Handler, Albert Marckwardt and Margaret Crim. The winners divided $165 in prize money. There were 484 entries in the contest.
