Thomas, a junior at the U-M, has a 3.9 average, and Stanley, a freshman, has a 3.5 record. Both are studying science engineering. Both were graduated "summa cum laude" from St. Thomas.

Foot-Washing Ceremony: In imitation of Christ's act of humility in washing the feet of His disciples at the Last Supper, priests at St. Thomas Catholic Church washing the feet of 12 laymen in the Holy Thursday services this week. Inclusion of this ritual was part of the sweeping change in Holy Week rites made by decree of Pope Pius XII. Those taking part in the ceremony are (from left) The Rev. Robert J. Schlaff, Monsignor G. Warren Peek, Acolyte Joseph Tramontin and the Rev. William F. Foley.
