Knight in Africa about a year ago, belongs to a ferocious species but proves quite tractable in the hands of her captor. The bird was photographed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. R. Peirsol, where Capt. Knight is a guest. Capt. Knight is at the left and the Peirsols' son, John, at the right.
