Garden Club Birthday Members of the Ann Arbor Garden Club plan the details of the convention of the Federated Garden Clubs of Michigan, to be held at Weber's Inn Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Ann Arbor Garden Club will observe the 41st anniversary of its founding this weekend, while the Federated Garden Clubs of Michigan will observe its 40th anniversary. The Ann Arbor Garden Club was the first garden club to be formed in the state. A full program of activities is planned for all three days. The convention is open to the public. The aim of the club is "to make Ann Arbor beautiful."
