Victor Harbison (left) listens to a complaint from Orlando Smith (right), who said that the noise level of the CIA protestors was unfair to persons who had interviews unrelated to the CIA. Smith was representing a Florida business and had interviews disrupted by the protests. Harbison was attending the demonstration both as a participant and a reporter for EMU's student newspaper, the Eastern Echo.
