JUDGE INSPECTS CEMETERY: Before adjourning the case for two months, Circuit Judge Herman Dehnke of Harrisville (right) recessed the court hearing on the fate of this "historic" cemetery to inspect the site off Packard Rd. near Yost Blvd. The Daughters of the American Revolution which is seeking to preserve the cemetery, built the stone wall in 1938. Attorneys Clan Crawford, jr., (left), who represents the DAR, and Arthur C. Lehman, Pittsfield township attorney, accompanied Judge Dehnke on his inspection.

Willcox of Marshall places a marker on the grave of Mrs. Rhoda Fuller in Forest Hill Cemetery, designating her as a "real" daughter of the American Revolution. Also taking part in the ceremony yesterday afternoon were Mrs. Raymond E. Spokes, regent of the Sarah Caswell Angell Chapter of the DAR, and Mrs. Harry N. Deyo of Plymouth, state chaplain.
