Candy, a three-year-old Hereford heifer, receives a cool bath from her owner, 13-year-old Eddie Smallwood of 5948 Willis Rd., Augusta Township at the Washtenaw County 4-H Youth Show now being held at the Rural Activities Center. Some last-minute grooming is given Lottie, a two-year-old New Zealand white rabbit, by its owner, Terry Satterthwaite, 12, of 20927 Scio Church Rd., for competition at the Washtenaw County 4-H Youth Show being held at the Rural Activities Center, corner of Saline-Ann Arbor and Pleasant Lake Rds. Terry is a member of the Sharon Hollow 4-H Club.

Win Beauty Contest: Amond the "prettiest" dogs exhibited yesterday at the annual Kiwanis Pet and Hobby Show in Yost Field house were those shown above, with their youthful owners. Reading left to right the boys answer to the names, Matt Mann jr., Irwin Salisbury and Dale Ottmar. The dogs answer to most any name that comes to mind. Or, in lieu of a good name a cheery whistle will serve the purpose.
