Warming Thought It was about 15 degrees outside when Mrs. Ian S. Scott put the temperature out of her mind and went to work on a warm (weather) theme -- summer wear -- at Jacobson's, 612 E. Liberty. Today's low of 9 degrees a few hours earlier equaled the record for March 8, set in 1960. Mrs. Scott, of 643 Manor Dr., is fittingly named June.

IT'S A BEE SWARM! The folks standing cautiously on the south side of the 600 block of E. Liberty St. yesterday noon were watching Harold Foulks, a State Theater employee, beating on a pail to induce liberally thousands of bees to swarm -- from which position they were later trapped. The intrepid Foulks, who was not stung, played a successful tune. You might even call it bee-hop. This is the time of year bees are swarming.
