CLEANUP FESTIVAL SCENE: A city worker's 2 1/2-hour effort in painting this "Keep Ann Arbor Beautiful Festival" sign was nearly nullified by yesterday's wind. The sign "keyed-in" a city-sponsored Cleanup, Paintup, Fixup display on City Hall grounds and terrace yesterday. The display of city equipment used to improve and maintain city lands and help keep the city clean drew about 500 persons. Persons at the festival also saw merchant-sponsored displays on the terrace, which were related to the theme.
