United Nations Diplomats Visit City. Pausing for a moment outside city hall during their Saturday afternoon campus-community tour are three of the 29 United Nations diplomats, upper photo left to right, Batswana Ambassador T. J. Molefhe, Norway delegate Thor Knudsen and Ecuadorian First Secretary Horacio Sevilla-Borja. To acquaint the diplomats with American family life, institutions, educational systems and government the Travel Program for Foreign Diplomats, Inc. sponsored a three-day tour which on Saturday began with a visit to the University English Language Institute at 10 a.m. George Luther, assistant director of the Institute, addressed the diplomats, lower photo. The University and a group of Ann Arbor residents are hosting the visitors.
