A NEW INDUSTRY: This nearly completed structure will house the Franklin Foods Co. peanut roasting plant. It is at 2555 State Rd., just across the road from where Edwards Brothers are about to build. It is located on 14 acres of land owned by a group from the Universal Die Casting Corp. of Saline. They plan about two more industrial firms on the site in the future.
