FIGHTING METAL FROM OLD SHIP: In their hands Tommy Dudley, son of Clare B. Dudley, 4 Marshall Ct., and Miss Mabel Train, 1423 S. University Ave., hold a piece of copper believed to be from the original copper sheating on the hull of Old Ironsides. Miss Train, owner of the relic, donated it to the Perry school scrap pile. Tommy accepted it as captain of the school's safety patrol, which has been active in the salvage campaign.
