Clothes may not make the man but Tappan Junior High School football players stand out in the school corridors on football game days. Team members, ninth graders, dress in suit coats and ties while their classmates stick with casual dress. Football players are Jeff Koh, front row left, Mike Mueller; Robert Matthews, second row left, Paul Weber and Ben Slote. Dressed more casually are Robert Kesslering, Jamie Kenney, Ginny Waldrop, Eddie Tucker, David Diegel and Jennifer Coon.
