Their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Sartor of 118 Glendale, said the birth was expected on Feb. 14, but the doctor predicted a 15-pound baby, not twins. The Sartors adjusted quickly and cheerfully and bought heart-shaped cake pans.
