THE HORSE MAKES A COMEBACK: This is the first horse and wagon to be put into use by an Ann Arbor business firm to replace trucks since automobile and tire rationing began. It will be used by the Michigan Neon Co. as a service wagon. Decorated in red, white and blue, the outfit carries a strong patriotic note. This is further evidenced by the "Remember Pearl Harbor" legend on the horse blanket and "Buy Defense Bonds" painted on the wagon. Good-natured acceptance of tire and truck restrictions is indicated by the "Service Under Any Conditon" and "Save on Rubber" slogans on the sides of the wagon.
