NO TRICKS: Treats, in the form of cash for the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), will be collected on Halloween by junior high school students participating in a trick or treat project. Identified by special tags and carrying milk cartons bearing the UNICEF emblem, Mary Jane Garlick, Frank Willis and Lynn Umiker (left to right) try their technique successfully with Mrs. Hugh Munsell of 1121 Clair Circle. Tags and emblems will identify students participating in the project, sponsored locally by junior high youth fellowships from 12 Ann Arbor churches.
