Circuit Judge George W. Sample (right), sought the aid of Frank Stampfler, internal revenue collector, yesterday, in preparing his first income tax return. Judge Sample is one of several hundred Ann Arbor residents making income tax returns for the first time this year under the federal provision which requires state employes to file.
