JAG GRADUATES SWORN IN AS SECOND LIEUTENANTS: Approximately 70 members of the third Officer Candidate class of the Judge Advocate General's School are being graduated today, and yesterday afternoon Col. Edward H. Young, commandant of the school, swore in all successful candidates as second lieutenants in the United States Army. The swearing in took place in the Law Quadrangle, and here a group of the candidates is pictured during the ceremony. Approximately 20 members of the 13th Officers School are also being graduated today and Brig. Gen Thomas H. Green, assistant Judge Advocate General is the principal speaker.
