New Quarters: This is a view of the new office space for the Ann Arbor Traffic Violations Bureau which moved form the basement of City Hall to the municipal court office today. The bureau was formerly operated by the Ann Arbor Police Department but in July, 1955, Judge Francis L. O'Brien's municipal court assumed jurisdiction of the bureau. Bureau clerks and municipal court workers now share the large renovated office area shown above in the Municipal Court Building on W. Huron St.
