President of the Ford Motor Co. and Mrs. Arjay R. Miller were among the many distinguished guests attending yesterday's festive preview of the Richard Brinsley Sheridan comedy "School For Scandal." The performance of the Restoration romp commemorates the founding of the U-M Professional Theatre's Program five years ago. It will open the Broadway season of the APA-Phoenix Company in November. For the occasion, Mrs. Miller selected a floor-length gown of white satin.
