She is in the eighth grade of the Spiegelberg school, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Lesser, who live five miles west of Dexter.

"Performing some fancy foot work to a dance number called 'Buckboard Bounce' are the three Phillips brothers (left to right) Bruce, 11, Steve, 9, and Ricky, 7. The mini cowboys are sons of Mr. and Mrs. Jack T. Phillips of 8525 Geddes., Superior Township. The boys were blue ribbons winners in a recent 4-H talent contest but they wont be able to complete in the state 4-H show to be held in East Lansing in August because they are too young. Participants in the state show must be at least 12 years old."
