Held in conjunction with Education Day of Michigan Week, the open house will be held for the public from 3:15 to 8 p.m. Featured at the event will be student art, science, mathematics and social studies exhibits. The tree was part of a science and art fair in which all of Abbot's 552 children displayed work. The fair was held in conjunction with Michigan Week. These children are in Mrs. Nancy Michel's class.
