Play At St. Thomas Supports U.S. Sophomores at St. Thomas High School yesterday presented a play illustrating their support of U.S. GIs in Viet Nam. The play opened the class's fundraising drive from which they hope to "adopt" a platoon in Viet Nam. Appearing in the skit were (from left) Barbara Burns, who played the role of a GIs mother; Catherine McCoy, who was the GIs girl friend; Jim Dyer, her father, and Peggy Tobias, her mother.

ONE WILL BE QUEEN: One of these five finalists posing with last year's queen, Gail Braun (extreme right) will reign over this year's Ann Arbor Soap Box Derby Sunday. The queen and her court will ride in convertibles in the derby parade to begin at 12 noon Sunday on North Campus. The five girls, chosen last night from a field of 16 teenagers, are (from left) Jill Oppenheim, Catherine McCoy, Kay LaRoe, Karen Morgan and Sarah Steeb. They range in age from 12 to 15 years old.
