The theatre utilizes a stadium type flooring and has a sound-absorbing ceiling and acoustic blocks at the rear of the theatre. Through push button controls in the control booth, the screen will be able to be enlarged from its regular size of 43 feet long and 26 feet high to a Cinemascope size screen measuring 56 feet in length and 24 feet in height. The decor of the lobby (below) feature brown brick walls with oakwood tangerine and gold carpeting. The lobby of the theatre, at 3020 Washtenaw Ave, Ypsilanti Township, also has an exhibit of paintings by prominent artists.
