Fox was struck by a car last November while on the job and has been gradually rehabilitating since that time. He is 71 years of age.

Don't Look Now... Signs sometimes make strange bedfellows. But so do municipal boundaries. An illustration is the entrance to the city of Ann Arbor on W. Liberty at Maple where a city limits sign is topped by one proclaiming the community's latest tribute of being named for All America City honors. The ballyhoo is tainted by signs advertising a dump site and saying "Dump at rear." But the fault isn't the city's. The fill area is an Ann Arbor Township "island." All America City signs grace most Ann Arbor entrances.

NEW WELCOME SIGN: The recent establishment here of research plants of Bendix Aviation Corp. and Parke, Davis & Co., together with the increasing research conducted by the University, have caused the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce to erect this sign at the Washtenaw Ave. entrance to the city. Similar signs are planned at other entrances.
