Looking over the building plans for a chapel at Washtenaw County's new Juvenile Court Center are Mrs. Jack J. Garris, president of the Lawyers' Wives of Washtenaw County; Todd W. Woolery, director and supervisor of the Juvenile Detention Home; and Probate Judge Francis L. O'Brien, head of the court's juvenile division. The Lawyers' Wives Association will sponsor a benefit luncheon and fashion show at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Statler Hilton Inn to earn funds needed to furnish the new center's chapel.
