Last Broadcast - Lt. Richard Hill, whose voice is well known by local residents through his daily radio report from the Ann Arbor Police Department, retires, today after 26 years of service. "There will be a short trip to Florida," Hill says, "where my wife Mary Ann and I will just look for a spot and stay there until the snow is gone." Hill also plans to spend lots of time another Mary Ann -- his boat which is moored in Alpena. He will be honored tonight at a 6:300 dinner-dance in the Campus Inn. (Staff photo by Cecil Lockard)
