Summer Christmas Tree: Linda Gilbert, 11, points out the country of Nigeria on the African continent for Bobby Sanpier, 5, as part of the Boys and Girls Fellowship project at the Whittaker Zion EUB Church. Children from kindergarten through the seventh grade are included in the mission group, which holds a Summer Christmas Tree project every year at this time. Meeting each Sunday during adult worship service at the church in July and August, the children made the objects in the picture. The decorations have slots for coins, which will be sent to Nigeria to buy school supplies for missionaries and medical supplied for the hospital and for dispensaries there.
