Model of Children's Home: The model (above) is not a new subdivision but a children's village that the Protestant Youth Organization of Detroit proposes to build in Ypsilanti township. A long-range project, PYO expects to build a cottage at a time, starting the first one next spring. Road across front is Huron River Dr. Cottages for children are situated around inverted U-shaped drive, with chapel and administrative building near front. School is at far left, farm at right. Large white areas are yards for cattle and hogs and poultry. Ralph W. Hammett of Ann Arbor is the architect.
