You're only as old as you feel and the three old-time lumberjacks (shown above) apparently didn't feel their years - which aggregated 235 - when they entertained at the Folklore section luncheon at the Academy of Science, Arts and Letters yesterday. Songs, music, dances of the old lumberjacking days, as well as tall tales of the woods, were provided by the trio. Left to right, they are Bill McBride, 78, of Isabella City; Carl Lathrop, 73, of Pleasant Valley (with the fiddle); and Perry Allen, 82, of Shepard.

Tonight the festival is headlined by John Prine, who starred at the very first festival 30 years ago. The master of ceremonies both nights is Jeff Daniels.
