If the local Irish can beat St. Mary's in the first game, which goes into the loop standings, they'll take the crown all alone. If they lose they'll share their school's first diamond title with the Lansing Blues who were upset, 6-3, by tail-end Jackson St. Mary's Thursday. Front row, left to right: Manager Sam Tramontin, Ken Scodeller, John Cook, Bill Milone, Mike Moynihan, Bob Tice, Ron Mercier, Dennis Fitzgerald, Ray Carpenter, and Larry Dunn. Back row, left to right: Coach Leo Wagner, Lyle Antieau, Mike Brown, Bill Anderson, Jim Conlin, Bill Tice, Dick Parker, John Shultis, and Assistant Coach Joe Rodriguez.
