ELECTED TO BOARD: Members of the board of the Chamber of Commerce yesterday filled their 21-member roster with the election of three local businessmen to one-year terms. They are (from left) Max R. Frisinger, contractor; John Podesta, president of American Broach Corp.; and John E. Swisher, jr., partner in the real estate firm of Butts & Swisher. The board consists of 18 members elected by mail ballot to three-year terms and the three elected by the board.
