Emily Frazosa of Ann Arbor sits astride her father John's shoulders to view the action on State Street as Ann Arbor's art fairs opened today. Bright sunshine, with a high degree of humidity greeted throngs who came from inside and outside the state to view one of the Midwest's top cultural events. The weatherman was forecasting a high in the 90s today with some relief, about a 10-degree drop tomorrow. Also, there's a 20 per cent chance of rain. The fairs continue through Saturday.
