A GOLF COURSE AGAIN?: This area along Huron River Dr. once the property of the defunct Huron Hills Golf Club, may become a golf course again if a proposed land exchange between the city and the University goes through. The City Council last night agreed to exchange Felch Park for 50 acres of the old golf club site plus $10,000 to put the property in shape as a second municipal golf course. Completion of the deal hinges on approval by the University Regents.

RECREATION GROUND BEAUTY SPOT: This tree-shaded meadow may become a picnic ground for city dwellers if final approval is given a proposed exchange by which Ann Arbor would gain 50 acres of the old Huron Hills Golf Club by surrendering Felch Park to the University. Beer bottles and other evidence accumulated at the site indicates the spot has been used unofficially for outings for quite some time.

FUTURE WATER HAZARD: The lagoon at left cutting into a meadow from the Huron River may resume its old role as a golf course water hazard if plans to transform 50 acres of the old Huron Hills Golf Club into a municipal golf course jell. Most of the 50 acres involved lies in the so-called "lower nine" of the golf club property.
