This is one of three apartment buildings under construction on Arbordale St. at the entrance to Arbordale subdivision off Pauline Blvd. on the city's southwest side. Each will house eight apartment units. Completion is set for November.

NOW COMPLETE: A court of 59 rental units (above) reveals low, modern exterior lines. Constructed by the Apartment Development Corp., headed by Dave Obernauer and Ronald LaFrance, the units have just been completed. About six tenants are moved in. The project fronts on Pauline Blvd. between Arbordale and Fritz Park. Built at a cost estimated at $490,000, the end buildings house 10 units each. There are 22 units in the rear and 17 on the front. Ward Realty is handling rentals. At the rear (not shown) is a 25 x 45-foot swimming pool.
