Argus Expands for Defense: With the steel superstructure erected and the brickwork being laid, the 10,000-square-foot second-floor addition to Argus Cameras, Inc., at 405 Fourth St. nears its completion date, Oct. 20. The structure, necessitated by defense contracts, will house an optical assembly department. The general contractor for the project is Henry W. deKoning.
