Two Hours' Parking: Two Nickels - In the campus business area, suspense in the dentist's chair no longer need be aggravated for motorist-patients by the unpleasant thought that the time on their parking meters may run out before their treatment is finished. Capt. Rolland Gainsley, police traffic division head, has just inserted one nickel in the new two-hour meter -- bringing the dial indicator straight upward to reserve one hour of parking. Had he inserted two nickels in quick succession the indicator would have moved clear over to the two-hour position. Twenty-seven of the new meters will go into operation Monday.
