OFFICIAL INSPECTION: First order of business today for Ann Arbor's brand new bus system was an inspection of one of the nine new coaches in front of City Hall. THE FLEET'S IN: Ann Arbor's new bus fleet arrived late yesterday afternoon and halted momentarily on E. Huron St. in front of the County Building. This afternoon the Ann Arbor Transit, Inc., drivers were to make trial time runs on the four routes throughout the city, giving patrons free rides during the tests.

PAINTED JOB: This is one of three new city buses which have been painted with the Ann Arbor Transit, Inc., colors of cream and green and which were placed in service yesterday afternoon. The other nine buses, still bearing the color and label of the Detroit Street Railways, will be painted this summer during an expected slump in business.
