Will Geer (center), whose acting abilities in the film "Advise and Consent" and the APA company's presentations of "School for Scandal" and " A Penny for a Song" are well known in Ann Arbor, will welcome another actor in his family Sunday when his daughter, Ellen (second from left) and Edward Flanders (left) marry in the First Unitarian Church. His other daughter, Kate, and her husband, Larry Linville (right) also met on stage, and married six months ago.

Pretzel Bell's Addition: This is the Pretzel Bell's Captain's Room, a new addition at the restaurant-bar, which features a raised hearth fireplace with copper hood and exposed brick walls. Hanging Tiffany lamps help complete the period setting. Pictures of Michigan's football captains since 1898 can be seen in the room. The Bell is located at 120 E. Liberty.

Mott Children's Hospital Taking Shape: Work progresses on the University's $8,011,915 C. S. Mott Children's Hospital project at the U-M Medical Center. Women's Hospital is in the immediate background and the framework for the U-M's new 1,051-car, $2,774,00 Medical Center Parking Structure just beyond at upper right. The C. S. Mott facility which includes a 200-bed children's hospital and adjoining research facility, is being constructed with a $6,000,000 from Flint's Mott Foundation and additional funds from the federal government. The completion date, of course, is some months away.

The performance of the Restoration romp commemorates the founding of the U-M Professional Theatre's Program five years ago. It will open the Broadway season of the APA-Phoenix Company in November. For the occasion, Mrs. Miller selected a floor-length gown of white satin.
