By a vote of 61 to 37, members of the AFL carpenters local 512 voted last night to strike against the Ann Arbor General Contractors Association. Union and contractor representatives check the voting lists in the picture above while two carpenters (right) receive instructions from John D. Bagley, state labor mediator.
