Safety Work - "Safety Town," the simulated village to teach small children safety practices, is in full swing at Abbot Elementary School in Ann Arbor. Now in its fourth year, the program is sponsored by the Ann Arbor Police Department and the public schools. At left [this photo], Iris Mintz and police Capt. Kenneth B.
