Muzzy, Federal-Mogul Division general manager (wielding shovel), turned the first spadeful of earth today, signifying the start of construction of the division's new, $460,00 office-laboratory building in Ann Arbor's Research Park. Looking on (left to right) are Gordon J. LaBrasse, director of the division's research unit; Ralph C. Keyes, C of C president; and Councilman William E. Bandemer. Federal-Mogul is the first concern to build in the 210-acre Research Park at S. State and Ellsworth Rds. The building is expected to be completed by July.
