Talbot Smith, former hearings administrator of the Office of Price Administration in Washington, has joined the law firm of Burke and Burke, and the partnership will be known in the future as Burke, Burke and Smith. Mr. Smith has been working in the law office here since January, when he resigned his Washington post.
