Fair Weather Greets Art Lovers, Bargain Seekers: Fair weather greeted fair visitors this morning who looked over art work and sale items of merchants. Four art fairs and Summer Bargain Days have begun in the city. Books, records and sweatshirts are among items being offered on S. State Street (photo at left) while on Main Street (right), shirts and blouses caught the eyes of visitors. The Street, Fine Arts, Free and Sixth Invitational Michigan Art Fairs all opened this morning and will continue through Saturday. Bargain Days runs in connection with the fairs.
