The Lochinvar: This is the living room area of the Lochinvar model house, a bi-level, at 600 Dartmoor Rd. It has three bedrooms, two dining areas, a family room, two-car garage, 1 1/2 baths, selling for $24,990. Dover Parkside houses are in the $25,000 to $35,000 range and feature living area from between 1,200 to 2,200 square feet. Two Dover Parkside models, besides the Lochinvar, are also on Dartmoor Rd. They sell for between $25,990 and $26,990. The G. V. Airey Building Co. is the developer, builder and seller.

Dover Parkside: This is the general scene along Dartmoor Rd. in the new Dover Parkside Subdivision which was opened recently. So far, more than 30 for 90 houses to be erected in the subdivision have been sold. The subdivision features hilly sites, permitting a variety of tri-level and two-story houses to be constructed there.
